TTC staff speak to the public at Kennedy Station

Please join us on Tuesday, February 25 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm at Ossington Station to share your feedback about TTC service, ask staff a question and help us shape the future of the TTC.

Additional Talk TTC events will be held quarterly over the remainder of 2025 at other stations. More information will be shared here once a schedule is available.

You can also share feedback anytime by submitting a compliment, complaint or suggestion form through Customer Service via the website, or by calling Customer Service at 416-393-3030.

The event at Ossington Station will be attended by a number of managers and representatives from various departments to answer your questions. The feedback received will be captured throughout the event and shared with the appropriate teams for information, follow up and action.
