2024-2028 Multi-Year Accessibility Plan Phase 2 Consultation
The TTC has been working to identify and remove barriers to accessibility, guided by our accessibility plans. The TTC is for everyone, and we want to make sure our service reflects that. Work is underway on the next Multi-Year Accessibility Plan, and customer feedback is important to ensure we are meeting everyone’s needs. Phase 1 consultations took place in late-2023, and we received a lot of valuable feedback from customers. We have now started Phase 2 consultation, to confirm we are on the right track. From June 21 to July 12, customers can give their feedback through an online survey.

Our accessibility policies are in place to meet the requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, and to guide us in creating an accessible transit system that makes Toronto proud.
Advisory Committee on Accessible Transit and Public Forums
The TTC's Advisory Committee on Accessible Transit (ACAT) provides advice and guidance on matters related to accessible transportation, to the board of the Toronto Transit Commission. We also want you to share your ideas on how to improve our services and facilities for people with disabilities at our Public Forums on Accessible Transit.
