TTC Family of Services (FOS) Hybrid Consultations 2025
The TTC is hosting in-person and virtual consultations to inform the equity analysis of TTC’s Family of Services (FOS). Please join us to share your feedback on TTC’s conventional transit system as well as Wheel-Trans services.
What is Family of Services (FOS)?
A Family of Services trip includes a combination of Wheel-Trans vehicles and accessible conventional transit (subway, streetcar and bus) for all or part of a customer’s journey. The goal is to connect Wheel-Trans conditionally eligible customers to wherever they need to go in the city.

As part of our commitment to equity and inclusion, we aim to hear from a broad and representative cross-section of the community. This includes voices from equity-deserving groups such as youth, seniors, persons with disabilities, individuals on low incomes, newcomers to Canada, Black, Indigenous, and other racialized individuals, members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, women and gender-diverse people, and members of faith-based communities.
